L'oro del Cilento - The Gold of Cilento
Terra Di Cilento is an exquisite, organically produced extra virgin olive oil from family production directly from Cilento. The use of fresh olives of the highest quality gives it its naturally mild taste.
Perfect for all chefs and foodies.
Terra Di Cilento presents a particularly mild, fruity olive oil with just a hint of bitterness. The ripe olives give the oil its golden yellow color and make it a delicious addition to salads, dips, appetizers, desserts, as well as baking and cooking.
Rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid, linoleic acid, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E, olive oil offers positive effects for the cardiovascular system and cholesterol levels. In addition, it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Olive Harvest
In the months from October to February the olives are harvested by hand in the traditional way. In order to gently collect the fruit, large nets are placed around the trees. The olives are picked with loving handwork or with the help of wooden poles.
Immediately after harvesting, they are crushed and cold pressed to obtain a fresh and natural oil of the highest quality, known as “extra virgin”.
