The beach at Kamala offers fine swimming, it is 2-kilometer long and not very busy; you will easily find a spot to lie down. The sea bed is also nice and sandy. Kamala Beach is also a good place to watch sunsets.
You can practice numerous activities during high season, like windsurfing, water-skiing, ride banana boats, go on fishing trips and do island hopping, on a daily basis. However, all this will be over by the low season.
Kamala Beach is home to numerous luxury private properties of the rich and famous. The mountainous lands south of the beach are home to Phuket’s latest hot-spot, with the Millionaire’s Mile.
